Boston Aircontrols, Inc., was founded by Eric DeWallace in
1994 as a wholesale HVAC controls distributor. We provide Building Automation
Systems (DDC) design and hardware along with peripheral control devices such as
valves, damper actuators, thermostats & sensors, relays, transducers, power
supplies and transformers.
While other HVAC controls distributors may offer similar products, Boston
Aircontrols stands alone in its customer service. Our technicians offer
expert advice and troubleshooting assistance. We help you get it right the first
time, so you don’t have to keep coming back or calling with questions. That
saves you time and money.
DeWallace studied economics and business management at Worcester State College
and spent 10 years with the Powers Regulator Company in Waltham, Massachusetts,
which eventually was acquired by the international corporate giant Siemens. His
experience at Powers in non-installed control sales to independent contractors
led DeWallace to launch Boston Aircontrols.

While Siemens mushroomed into a technological “all-things-to-all-people”
conglomeration, DeWallace saw a need for specialization and personal attention.
Obviously the marketplace agreed, because sales at Boston Aircontrols have
grown 40 percent a year over the last two years.
“We’re an HVAC controls distributor. That’s all we do,”
DeWallace says. “We
don’t have multiple locations with plumbing supplies or roof-top units and a lot
of other stuff. We do just one thing, controls, and we do it right.”
Boston Aircontrols caters to mechanical contractors, temperature control
contractors, facility maintenance engineers and property management firms.
